is launching a pioneering, world-class internet education program for
senior executives. Strategic business and entrepreneurial courses will
create a paradigm shift for social enterprises and include best practices
in the areas of ROI Marketing, Executive Compensation, Creative Finance,
Benchmarking, and Technology. Quality content and service is paramount,
with support from leading Internet software technologies.
The Opportunity:
The venture requires seasoned management skills to execute multiple aspects
of this innovative online business strategy, including:

Business
Development Identify, develop, and negotiate key strategic relationships
and alliances with content, marketing and distribution providers to
enhance UnitedUšs presence and profit potential in the social sector
education market. Develop superior marketing campaigns to attract
senior executive students (CyberScholars). |

Course
Development -
Convene team of faculty and course developers from leading academic
and business institutions. Closely manage production to create best
in class curriculum with clarity and focus on target market. Identify
CyberScholar content expectations, skill levels, and technical capacities.

Research
- Recruit and manage professors and advanced degree candidates
from leading business schools to develop case studies and white papers
on industry best practices.

Course
Delivery Create and implement a process to ensure smooth transition
from development to commercially viable service offering. Advance
partnership with leading e-learning software provider to maximize
feature-rich learning environment.

Evaluation Establish process for course and service assessment
to ensure responsiveness to CyberScholar needs. |
The Requirements:

Demonstrated
ability to manage uncertainty and competing priorities.

Knowledge
of Internet technology and New Economy Transactions. Ability to negotiate
strategic alliances, partnerships, barter, and affiliate agreements.
o Senior level business development skills.

Strong
marketing background - product management experience a plus.
|
| • |
Ideal
candidate will be self-motivated and driven with strong project management,
team building, and communication skills.

MBAs/relevant
advanced degree a plus. |
